  2. Maximum 24 years (High School), 27 years (D3/S1/S2)
  3. Minimum background SMU / STM (Machine)
  4. Minimum Height : Male (170cm), Female (165 cm)
  5. No Correcting Lens
  6. Registration Fee Rp. 500.000,-

Document Required

  1. Permission Letter from Parents, signed and meterai.
  2. Student Resume / Curriculum Vitae
  3. Information letter issue by Police. (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian - SKCK)
  4. Copy of Identity Card
  5. Copy of Parents ID Card
  6. Copy of Education Certificates (from Elementary School - Last Education)
  7. Copy of Family Information Card (Kartu Keluarga)
  8. Copy of Birth Certificate
  9. Photo of Applicants (White shirt, with Red background). 3x4 (3pcs), 4x6 (1 pc)
